All student and visitor accidents are reported by completing a Risk Management Accident/Incident Report form (Accident/Incident form) and sending the original to the Office of Risk Management by district courier.  In case of an emergency, seek medical assistance immediately.  As always, if you have any questions, please contact the Office of Risk Management (321) 633-1000 ext. 11620.
