What lessons has being part of a military-connected family taught you ?
I'm so fortunate to have been exposed to different cultures and geographical areas. I learned how to both entertain myself and make friends in new places. I have been "the new kid" many times in my life. Living overseas as an adult was fantastic as I got to travel and meet wonderful people in other countries.
