Greetings to all. My name is Jon Chace, and I have been an educator for more than a quarter of a century.  I am married to a wonderful teacher, my oldest child is a teacher, and my youngest has just finished college in December of 2025, and is working now for a movie studio.  My calling to education came during my time in the Army National Guard and I have pursued it ever since.  I attained my highest degree, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, in 2010.   I have worked for public and public charter schools throughout Florida, but mainly in Brevard County.  I have taught mainly Social Studies, including US and World History, Economics, Street Law, and Geography, but also Computer Repair, Business Applications, and Agriculture.

I believe all people benefit from a solid foundation in education and that it can be done without the overuse of computers and without social media.  I fill my spare time with reading, jigsaw puzzles, travel, concerts and visiting theme parks.
