Welcome to RONALD McNAIR MAGNET MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO!

Our key mission is to promote an environment at McNair where teachers and administrators can do their best work and our students can do their best learning. We are now looking for great people, like you, to help us meet this goal.

Since our founding in late 2024, we supported Tied Together of Space Coast Inc. teaching our young men the importance of positive self-image, self-worth and building confidence, how to “stand tall as an individual”. We also sponsored Junior Achievement Glow to encourage our young women to go after a career path in the technology and space career fields. The PTO aided in Veteran’s Day celebrations, showing appreciations for our military veterans and currently serving teachers. The PTO provided much much-needed supplies for the Reading Lab and Mathematics Lab to utilize, along with support for The Holiday Shoppe event, volunteers for the Scholastics Book Fair, doorbell for the Media Center, supported the Christmas Dance, the faculty and staff Christmas end of year event, Teacher Appreciation Week, Good Bye End of Year Candy, and supplied 100 Books to assist with our ELA reading goals.

Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education get better grades and have fewer discipline problems. Involvement at the school also makes it easier to create friendships with other parents and your child’s teachers.

The time you give PTO and the school will be worth your while—and fun and does not require a huge time commitment from volunteers. An hour can be a big help for any event and there are positions and tasks to fit all schedules and interests. Just let us know whether a program, event, or activity interests you and when you might be free to help.
